computerguy Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 I'm currently building a virtual CC3 server purely for creating packages as the server and PCs we currently use are not available. I can't seem to find any Service Releases in the RM Support site. Can anyone give me any links or article references? I am installing Application Wizard which needs a minimum of SR4 but the later the better, I suppose! Unsure if the RM site is crap or I'm just not on the ball today. Thanks
Oaktech Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 We used to have to pretty much beg them for the updates... Call your account manager and make a fuss.

Oaktech Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 They used to send an email out once a year with a link to somewhere on the support site that wasn't linked from the search feature. Finding previous versions was a nightmare and involved repeated calls.
Boredguy Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 Good luck getting any updates for CC3 now since the last one (SR6) is 7 years old and was only available on CD directly from RM.

synaesthesia Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 As above, that was only ever CD only. Found a couple of copies a few weeks ago, but they bit the dust along with any other CD or document with RM on it
