Summer shutdown weekend 25th to 28th July 2014

YHGfL are completing their annual summer shut down weekend for essential upgrades and maintenance.

This will happen from 4pm Friday 25th July until 6pm Monday the 28th July. During this time, there may be unavoidable outages to services.

Hi Kearton,

 

This information has been passed out to the Local Authorities to pass out to their schools. In addition I was asked to post it on here, and on our twitter feed @yhgfl_technical for the schools who use these mediums.

We didn't receive any notification through school either. I notice it's not on the twitter feed either, which is a shame as it's an ideal method to get these notices out.

We did post up notification to our twitter feed, @yhgfl_technical on the 14th of July, with the same message that was posted here and out to the Local Authorities and in the case of Leeds schools to the representatives of the groups of schools.

 

If you wish to be included on the list where we send things out directly, please can you email [email protected] with the request with what email you want adding to the list and we will include you in future notifications.

YHGfL have completed the summer shutdown work successfully over the weekend.

We are still in the process of testing some of the upgrades we put in place, but there are no further planned outages.
