Galaxy Tab 3's?

Hi there, we now have 15 galaxy tab 3's to do something with. So they can be used mainly in Science. Is there any easy way of setting up the Tab's with the wifi and the apps? or it is a case of manually setup and then install each app on each device? also will we require several Google accounts? or can we just use one? Is there any software to control or limit what can be done on the Tablet ?

 

for our Desktop/Laptops we have Impero, ideally i'd like something that could do a similar job, if not temped to look at using RDP client on them and force them to use the internet etc via that.
