faza Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 Hello When an e-mail comes in is there away in Outlook 2003 that a reply cn be sent saying "Thanks for contacting ICT Supoprt your query will be looked at in 2 Hours" I DONT want the out of office thingy!! Thanks Steve

tarquel Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 Dont know if your using Exchange 2003 there, but if you use Outlook Web Access [OWA], you can set the Out of Office responder but with a message - so it can let the person know "Thanks for contacting ICT Supoprt your query will be looked at in 2 Hours" quite nicely Havent tried it myself tho. Doesnt the Out of Office thingy in Outlook 2003 allow you to include a message to auto-respond with? Cheers Nath
