create a rule:

Tools > Rule and Alerts

In there create a new rule that replies using a specific template (no idea on how to set up a template tho)

Dont know if your using Exchange 2003 there, but if you use Outlook Web Access [OWA], you can set the Out of Office responder but with a message - so it can let the person know "Thanks for contacting ICT Supoprt your query will be looked at in 2 Hours" quite nicely :)

Havent tried it myself tho. Doesnt the Out of Office thingy in Outlook 2003 allow you to include a message to auto-respond with?

Cheers

Nath
