Hi all, I really need some assistance with this intermittent issue. Clients are losing the internet for anything up to 15-20 minutes at a time. After it returns it may be working fine for hours. I have checked everything and now getting very perplexed. Any help would be a massive help!! Steve

Hi We would like to setup Draw.io using the offline method. The only issue is that the accounts are for Pupils and will have no Internet connectivity due to them being Controlled Accounts. If we install the offline Draw.io app on admin it does not replicate onto pupil account due to it being user based. Can you please offer some guidance on the best solution for this. Thanks Faza

Hi all, I am trying to create a report show several numerical values. When I create the report and edit the report I enter the field once the report is generated the results shows 10048. However, in fact the value needs to display £10,048 how can this be converted so it shows correct when the report is generated. I am creating the report in Word. Thanks Faza

Hi, I have an issue with SharePoint calendar recurring events. We have a SharePoint calendat synced with Microsoft Outlook and when I create recurring events the initial one appears fine. However the future recurring events all show the initial date and time. Is there anyway i can show the real date and time for each recurring event. Faza

Hi, I have created a survey using SharePoint 2010 with one of the questions using the rating scale. The question has 13 answers that the user needs to answer. Is there away that you can colour/shade alternate rows so that each answer stands out. Currently you can quite easily get confused what radio button relates to what question. If you cant use shade/colour can we add gridlines?? I have tried to edit the CSS or the actual page but to no avail. Faza

Hi, I am performing a SharePoint 2010 backup, when I start the backup it shows; Estimated disk space required: 92.39 GB. The backup begins and goes through each item and it displays in process the maximum the backup has ever been is 15.8GB. The backup just stalls there over days and each backup items says in process. I have logged on as Administrator, the Farm Administrators.. I cannot see anything in the log to suggest why the backup is not incrementing. Faza

Hi All, I have a SharePoint 2010 server and I am trying to enable incoming mail to various document libraries. I have configured the SharePoint settings and I am working on getting the Send Connectors working within Exchange 2010. I already have an existing Send Connector to our Local Authority SMTP server, so we are able to send external e-mails. When I create a new Send Connector for use with my SharePoint site an internal connector it stops any Outgoing Mail until you disable the Send Connector using the Local Authority SMTP connector. Please help Faza

Hi, I have setup a Group Calendar but I am having an issue when I try to keep the resources listed. Every time I refresh the page or go to another site and then revist the Group Calendar I have to keep manually adding the resources. Is there anyway I can keep them listed? Faza
