Supplier with generous credit term??

Our current supplier BT Business are causing issues because or local council is sloooooooooow to pay them. Sometimes it can take months for them to get paid. Are there any suppliers out there who have generous credit terms i.e 3 months etc?

Never come across a supplier that would offer 3 month terms - that's kinda nuts. If your local council is that slow, has your school looked at becoming a cheque book school? That way, you handle the payments in house. It'd be something your finance manager/bursar would have to bring in and is a major change overall, but it gives you a lot more control over your school's finance.
