Yay fixed :) I do think it would also be a good addition to instead of having the EduGeek logo show when you launch the app instead you see my beautiful face with a big thumbs up..... Just a thought :)

Pfft well that was just uncalled for! Plus everyone would use it if my Face was on it... I think we should do a trial see how it goes, people love my face. Regular comments from other IT Professionals are normally your face is like an angel etc.... Thought it would be good for EduGeek as a business as it would generate more income?

It's fine, no need to put yourself down! ;) To be honest I don't even lift. I eat a lot of meat and Hob Nobs though so I do believe this counteracts the issue of not lifting.

did it work before? i know on our old proxy it didnt like edugeek app on my s4.... got stuck on the page...

 

Has been working fine for ages until last week when it just started freezing. It was the same time that the main site was having its go slow mood.

I am not able to load the app. I cleaned the cache etc but it now just hangs on the 'powered by edugeek.net' intro screen.

 

Any ideas?

 

EDIT - Nexus 5

 

Bit of a pain but can you remove the app, reboot the device and then reinstall.

Do you have auto updates on?

Hmm @Ric_ has a 5 and I dont think he is having issues. If possible submit the crash information and I can see if the play console gives me any clues.

 

I do have 1 crash report but its on a S4.

that may of been me....

 

If it has no description, it's mine.

 

The app kept crashing when I was trying to load it from a notification, when "messages" was the last thing I had it on.

i also reported something with no description.... haha (that may of been a different app, but i don't think it was...... bizarre.)
