When a user first starts IE, it comes up with 'your browser has been upgraded tab'. Any idea's if this can be blocked via group policy?

It's started to happen here within the last couple of weeks.

What version are you running?

Heres a registry key for IE9 and I am sure the other versions are similar.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\IE9TourNoShow (a Reg_DWORD with a value of 1 to say don't show it again)

Same here, but once IE is run it should go away anyway.

Maybe Microsoft re-released new versions of everything without telling us. IE10's now up to update 17.
