I found our website domain name for sale via GoDaddy for £ 2.99 [i have proof that I do not want to post here but can send to admins if required] I checked with our webmaster and our domain registration had not expired. Arthur Posted June 23, 2014 Author Posted June 23, 2014 I found our website domain name for sale via GoDaddy for £2.99 That's interesting. Was it a .com or .net address? Could it be something to do with GoDaddy's Auction and/or Backorder services (although neither of these are £2.99)?

As stated previously the .co.uk domain offered is ours. I read it as the other 75 domains offered were the ones that were similar. Just an odd one-off glitch?

When Google Domains is out of beta I think I might transfer some of my domains over since they don't charge anything to make your WHOIS details private.
gtg93 Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Just applied for an invite to the beta... Got a couple of domains I don't use for anything that I can test it out with... I imagine things will be much smoother using Google DNS, and free WHOIS privacy is an added bonus
