Juniper broadband connection

Hi all

 

We are looking into getting a new internet connection and we have been offered Juniper as a solution. I've never really heard of Juniper and just wanted to ask if anyone had used them before or had any ideas about their service?

Are you sure its Juniper? Juniper are a manufacturer of networking equipment, rather than broadband provider as far as I know. I can find no trace of a company called Juniper related to broadband provision.

I do apologise, its a Juniper Gateway. That being said, are they worth using?

We have one here provided by our broadband company connected to a virgin media router. since its install we have had problems with the connection we have solved the internal ones but the connection is still not running correctly the internet just keeps randomly dropping out. not sure if its a problem between the router and this juniper gateway. broadband company are investigating at present
