HTCPCP Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 we charge departments 2ppp mono and 8ppp colour, with a 0.1ppp discount for duplexing (so a 2 page document duplex is 3.8p). That covers the whole lot including paper and lease of the machines.
