RowlandoGloom Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 Good morning. I'm wondering if anybody can help, or advise whether they are having the same problem. We currently run MS Office 2013 - which appears to be working fine, however printing from Excel is problematic. When the machine has multiple printers installed, Excel can only print to the default printer. When you try to select a different printer - it immediately reverts to the default. For some reason, it doesn't affect other Office apps such as Word or PowerPoint etc. I've read posts all over the internet - however non seem to have a solution. Any advice will be really appreciated. Cheers, Paul.

RowlandoGloom Posted October 1, 2014 Author Posted October 1, 2014 I have thought that. We currently have a RISO ComColor 7050 on every PC. Even after removing the driver, the issue still occurs. Rebuilding a PC whether the RISO is on from the beginning or not, I can't replicate it immediately. It tends to affects built machine 2/3 months after they were built. It seems so random. I've rebuilt about 20 PCs now, but it keeps coming back and back again. Cheers.

win Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 I had exactly the same problem but on excel 2010. It was this add-on causing my problem: "Microsoft Office Labs Search Command" Removing/disabling it should solve that issue
RowlandoGloom Posted October 1, 2014 Author Posted October 1, 2014 The "Microsoft Office Labs Search Command" isn't even listed as an add-in. I've also used GP to "Block all unmanaged add-ins", still the problem is there Cheers.
MatthewL Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 Excel is renown for its printer issues, had issues where is saves random print settings with Sharp, Samsung and HP to name the ones that have caused me issues.
