kennysarmy Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 I've got quite a few HP 2520G-24's around my network and can ping and connected to all but two of them. The two in question can only be pinged and connected to using their ip address in a browser from a PC on the same vLAN. I'm trying to get my head around if this is an individual switch issue or a vLAN issue on the core switch... There are two other switches in this edge cabinet , Allied Telesis switches and these can be accessed remotely. Any ideas anyone?
cullingsh Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Have you got the ports that link the switches together tagged in the same config as other switches - on both the problem switch and the one it's plugged into?

kennysarmy Posted June 2, 2014 Author Posted June 2, 2014 Sorted it haha The default gateway had been set incorrectly.... Managed to telnet in from the same vlan and fix - - - Updated - - - Do these switches have the correct gateway info? haha - yes that was it
