Agency Workers?

Hi,

 

Not being familiar with such things, but are there agencies out there that can provide temporary cover for Desktop Support Technicians?

 

Any recommendations welcome.

There may well be, I've always got day labour from support companies or had contacts that could fill in here and there.

Yes. Most local agencies, if they deal in IT positions, will do contract jobs. I had an email about one such job last night as it happens.

Many education agencies that deal with supply teaching etc will also take you on as a technician and try to find you a place

In my case I am currently working via Hays - dunno if I was just lucky but they found me a place for 1 term within a couple of weeks
