Davit2005 Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 When users log in to Outlook the Top Bar changes OneDrive, Newsfeed and Sites links disappear. To get them back they have to go to Settings and then Click Office 365 Settings at which time the links reappear until they go back to Outlook again and then the links are gone. We are on the A2 plan, is there anyway to keep the top bar consistent. For Admins the top bar is allways there. When you make a normal user an admin the links reappear. Any ideas please
bondbill2k2 Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Do they completely disappear or are they just grayed out?
Davit2005 Posted May 16, 2014 Author Posted May 16, 2014 Do they completely disappear or are they just grayed out? Yep, Completely disappear. I'm in the late stages of testing and final setup so thought I was getting close There is a way to get them back if the user clicks on their settings cog and then select Office 365 Settings but this is not a solution for the end user. I've been on the phone to Microsoft and the case has been raised to 3rd level now as 2 support people have had a good look around and have seen the issue. I have only noticed it recently, if you make a normal user an Admin user they see the links all the time, the users have access to OneDrive from mobile devices. It is only in the Office Portal that the problem exists.
