FN-GM Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 Yes i am with the caller to an extent. For instance do they need to know this guys e-mail address & phone number when its not his machine. Although it isn’t the operators fault they have to follow procedure and the caller did go over the top.?
