mgeorgetti Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Hello All, I have a brand new ViewSonic PJD5232 projector that I've mounted to the ceiling in a classroom. The issue that I've been experiencing is that either when you power the projector up or take it out of Blank (video mute) mode it doesn't keep the proper keystone settings that it had before. The keystone seems to be reset with an image that is very noticeably wider at the bottom. I can re-adjust the keystone without a problem but the changes that I've made will go away when it is powered off or put into Blank mode. I've never had this happen before with all of the projectors we have mounted in our rooms so I'm assuming that there is an issue with this specific one. Since it is new, I do have a support ticket in with ViewSonic but I've heard their support can be lackluster so I figured I would try to ask this question on a few forums as well. Thank you in advance for the assistance.
Chrisbf1 Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 If it is anything like the NEC's. There is a setting called keystone save, which is off by default. You have too really look for it in the setup menu. I am guessing the Viewsonic has a similiar setting. Once you find this you will be away
