Soundbar in the classroom

We are getting some shiny new Smartboards for the entire Maths department, replacing everything AV related in the room and so just costing a few things up.

 

Has anyone put in a soundbar instead of the traditional speaker/subwoofer setup? Just thought it would look a lot neater and give just as good performance.

Buy the Smart Speakers to go with the Smart boards. They cut down on cabling and confusion, as everything is done through a single USB cable.

That is an option. Prices I'd had back so far had been a little higher but suppose for neatness they would be the obvious option.

+1 for the Smart speakers. One less thing for them to plug in the wrong socket!

If you have false ceilings then ceiling mounted speakers look and perform great. You could have either 2 or 4 speakers depending on the room size and would cost less then £200.
