Walled Garden Configration at Internet Router, Please help

Does anyone know a internet router, that you can configure to only allow access to 1 website? Like a walled garden setup.

I think a draytek 2830 or other model will fit the bill. They are cheap too.

Thats great thanks for your reply, It would seem that the draytek 2830 will fit the bill, but it has a lot of features we would never use.Any other suggestions?
