is there anyway of getting the creations off as a useable (so ideally mp3) file that can be transfered to somewhere. Best ive managed is to get them shared in the icloud so each ipad can see other ipads tunes but the school im in wants to be able to get them off. The sharing options seem to be uselss. facebook /youtube no, soundcloud possibly, imoive whats that et me?, itunes they are vpp ipads they dont use itunes

You could use an app like FileBrowser to get the work back onto the server and then once you are on a computer you have much more options on sharing the work. The file format that garageband uses is m4a but if you need to convert it to mp3 there are plenty of free conversion tools out there.

m4a i can copw eith. In teh end i set up a soundcloud account just need the isp to unblock it for everyone (used my mobile to test it)
