West Mids based with UK travel. To maintain internal network infrastructure, diagnose and manage incidents reported by customers, solve and fix technical problems........doesn't sound too tricky?

 

Candidates must be able to work under pressure and convey highly technical subject matter to all audiences, including non-technical.

 

This is a hands on role in the specific areas of:- MS Server, Windows environment, Desktop trouble shooting (XP), MS Exchange Server and mail routing configurations, Networking and associated technologies, web based technologies including IIs and MySQL, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTPS concepts, knowledge of Linux and an eye for detail
