When you hit "post quick reply" how long does it take before you are redirected to the updated thread? I have a theory actually but testing it will involve reducing site performance by removing server nodes.

Please wait another 29 seconds." Or something similar.

On the post above, it told me I couldn't post again for 27 seconds, but it hadn't taken 3 seconds to load the page after submitting my quick reply.
