Bring down the year group graphs. Multiple select those that you want. Drop it onto the attendance graph.

You can then save that set-up if you want to.

Hello Phil,

Thanks for your reply. I have tried dropping in from the year group bar chart to the attendance timeline graph so it just shows Yrs 7-11. How do you muliple select? I have tried to drop and drag but it shows each year as a different series. I just want one line.

Getting beyond my knowledge! I suspect you multi-select using the shift click!

You can delete a series once you have several on a graph.

Thanks Phil - still can't multiple select. Just can drag over one year group at a time. I just want a graph showing attendance of 7-11! V frustrating!

But thank you for trying,

You need to create a custom graph use school tier graph then Venn it with yr 12 and 13 the school tier without yr 12 and 13 memberships are yr 7 to 11 save as custom group and now can be used to filter on 7 to 11 only job done

Sorry I was incorrect; we tried doing multiple select but in trials found that users found it too fiddly.

From the summer release it will be possible to drag multiple items into a group and then drop that group onto any other group. So pick up Yr 8 and drag to a new group then pick up Yr 9 etc.

Woo Hoo!

Then the OP problem will be sorted then...

1. Create a Discover group containing Years 7 - 11

2. Drag out the Timeline Graph

3. Drag the Discover Group onto it

4. Remove the original series.

Hey Presto.

Just have to wait till summer...

Regards
