    Thanks Phil - still can't multiple select. Just can drag over one year group at a time. I just want a graph showing attendance of 7-11! V frustrating! But thank you for trying, Jacky

    Hello Phil, Thanks for your reply. I have tried dropping in from the year group bar chart to the attendance timeline graph so it just shows Yrs 7-11. How do you muliple select? I have tried to drop and drag but it shows each year as a different series. I just want one line. Jacky
