ICTDirect_Dave Posted March 4, 2014 Author Posted March 4, 2014 It is good isn't it? RAM-wise you would be looking at Samsung, Hynix, Nanya etc. Straight from the chip makers, though occasionally it'll be Kngston with Hynix chips. 2
Oaktech Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 I feel an attempt to get some new support desktops coming on... Do you know how it handles second graphics cards... I'm going to need at least 3 outputs, it would be handy if I could use the 2 on board and then 2 extra off a second card. We've had issues with some of our Stone machines not being able to use both cards at the same time so i'm a bit wary.
featured_spectre Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Dell machines are ok at handling 3 outputs. If you have a graphics card with 2 outputs and use the onboard it can be a hassle to get it going, but its fine once it is. If you have a graphics card with 2 outputs, then you are sound.
