However, before setting out on a firmware upgrade it would be useful to know what the actual issue is that you are having, to potentially prevent you carrying out a firmware update which may not fix the problem. Either way firmware updates are available from Promethean Support directly and they will be able to advise, based on the specific problem you have. Thank you
