And what do you mean to the spiceworks server? Do you mean an external server or your local install server?

If that is the price we have to pay for "Free" utilities then so be it, but as far as I'm concerned an application that feeds me targeted advertising is "Adware". Doing it manually would be easy. if you are talking about a local network at your house. Then you can use a network diagram tool like Creately to draw and embed anywhere you want.
