Monitor Standby when idle only on logon screen

To save the school some pennies I am trying to achieve the following... turn off the monitors, put them in standby when no one is logged onto a computer after 5 minutes or so.

We have Impero but it only has the option of turning of the monitors after so many minutes regardless if a user is logged on or not.

Does anyone know a way of achieving this? I have played around with Power Options in Windows for a while and with registry keys but the settings seem to apply for the whole computer instead of just the logon screen which is a pain.

Cheers everyone

We use PowerMAN by DATASynergy.

Is saving us a fortune.

Idle PC's are shutdown after set time, depending on user level. PC's at the CTRL+ALT+DEL screen are turned off if no one logs on after a few minutes.

Thanks @kennysarmy do you have any idea of the cost of the product before I go down the trial route?

Cheers

We paid around £1,400, which is a one-off cost.

There is a small annual charge to host the stats on their webservers.... ~ £200

We went from the following stats:

User activity = 41%

User inactivity = 24%

No logon = 35%

TO:

User activity = 80%

User inactivity = 12%

No logon = 9%

We beieve the software will pay for itself within 6-9 months.
