One of my schools has a VPP account but I can't find where you actually make a purchase using a PO and not a credit card. Am being blind? or is there some weird procedure I need to follow?

AT Computers who did our initial setup offered to do the transactions for us +10% charge for using their credit. It was either this or use personal cards and claim back.

I've replied to your other post about VPP.

"I spoke with Apple about this very thing and was told you have to jump through hoops to get an Apple purchasing account, and then if you do, it's further hoops. Apparently later on this year resellers will be able to sell VPP credit which will make it easier. Did you get a similar story?"

I use a PO to get VPP credit via my local Apple store business department. My school has a business account with local Apple store. Interestingly invoices come from Apple in London and not my local Apple store.

Local store set up the business account. Just contact your local store and ask for the business team. Someone should be able to help you set up an account for your school.
