(WDS) Which .inf for driver..?

Hi,

 

So I'm fairly new to using WDS, have been managing okay so far and slowly getting to grips with it - however I've got a bit of a confusing one here that I can't work out and was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction

 

I obviously need to inject the ethernet driver to the Boot Image, which in the past has been a success as there's only been one .inf file to load - however for this current driver I need (for a Lenovo M82), the package contains around 25 .inf files.... I've got no idea which one I need to select/use, surely it can't need all of them?! How am I able to distinguish which one it is?

Haha I was tempted to do that well I had a look through the files and thankfully they had descriptions for each one, so I've now found the one I need! thanks anyway

You should be able to cross reference the plug and play IDs with the hardware.

Yea you can check the hardware ID's and such from inside windows if you have a machine already booted up I suppose, if not can use a PE like UBCD4WIN to get in and find them but well done anyway =-)

I add in drivers for everything we use. Laptop, PC, keyboard, mouse, graphics cards etc, everything gets thrown into 1 master image. They have the same software on laptops as they do on desktops, so it just saves time
