creese Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Why on my iPad when I go into my Google aren't all my things clouded over? This was my partner..... Translation: When I open Gmail on my iPad, why haven't my emails synched? Solution: Login!!! From now on all synching and fetch is to be known as 'Clouding Over' as in moving over the cloud.

Jawloms Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I got home from work one day and my six year old wasn't wearing his glasses. I asked him why not and he said "I'm waiting for them to steam down". I knew exactly what he meant!

Fog 'em up, issue solved Occasionally, but don't get me started on that She has her own internet... all the other annoying terms.... It's a hard life, especially as she has paid a fortune for an iPhone and iPad and wants me to teach her to use them..... I have Android.

Whatdyamacallits and 'those things'. The best one was when she called booting up 'downloading windows'. Bless, she has no clue. From now on all synching and fetch Stop trying to make 'Fetch' happen. 'Fetch' isn't going to happen.
creese Posted February 12, 2014 Author Posted February 12, 2014 But it's all computers isn't it, it can't be that different surely? it's just me being awkward, apparently.

Usually it's 'What's this here?' from the other room, with the door shut. so it's now 'That's a Thingy for whatsit.' Guess who is being unhelpful. or how can you read that on a phone. 'I've been to Specsavers'.
