abillybob Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Hey Guys So my girlfriend has locked out her phone and I'd like to know what process you have to go through to get your PUK code she reckons you have to wait 7 working days and fill in a form although everywhere else has always sorted it for me there and then? I can't imagine a mobile network would allow business users etc... to be without a mobile phone for 7 working days that's over a week? Anyone shed some light on this for me please!? Cheers

computer_expert Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Virgin Mobile/Media print the PUK on the credit card sized holder that the sim card arrives in. I'm not sure if 3 do this but it's worth a try if you still have the pack that the sim came in.
