Does anyone use this? If so do you find it slow to unusable at times? We changed from the standard version to the net version last year and haven't been as pleased with it as we expected to be.

One of my schools has it and it can be slow at times but is cloud based so you expect some slowness to some extent. Have you tried changing the interface to classic? It helped us speed up the response times.

The primary school I support use it and find it great. Never had a report of it running slow but then again the librarian might not be able to tell as it's running on an old XP machine :-)

Hi - we use it and the librarian finds it very slow - looking at testing it just with internet feed (off network) and on other machines to isolate problem .... tbh thought it was just us !!

When we scan a book there's a 3 seconds delay before the details appear on screen and has always been like that for us.

I voiced massive concern over the .NET version when it was first touted at my primary schools and ensured they all stayed with v3. Very happy I did so, although I have long since moved on from supporting primaries (other than a couple I look after now). Can't say our experience with Eclipse has been particularly brilliant. Cloud isn't the be all and end all when it's not properly backed up.

One of my schools uses it and I can't say we have found it particularly slow. We do have issues with the fingerprint reader not recognising prints randomly though
