OCLRecruitment Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 (edited) An opportunity has arisen for an ICT Mobile Technician to cover the Midlands Region with Oasis Community Learning, one of the largest Academy sponsors inthe UK. This newly created role will ensure the smooth running of ICT systems over several sites to facilitate teaching, learning, administration and Leadership. The successful candidate will need to have a keen approach to customer service and have the ability to identify incidents and set key priorities. You will be liaising with the national Service Desk team, the Regional Service Delivery Manager and external providers/manufactures to facilitate in the resolution of service requests. This role demands strong knowledge of Windows 7 and Basic Windows Server 2008 administration, and experience of Microsoft Deployment Services, internet filtering and safeguarding technologies is advantageous. As the successful candidate will berequired to travel between local academy sites in the Birmingham area providing support and advice, it is essential that you own your own car and hold a valid,full, clean UK/EU driving licence.
