HELP, Reason7 & Authorising more than one machine

Hi,

 

Can anyone help? I have purchased reason 7 and have installed on 10 Macs (mavericks). The Install went well but when I try to activate the product it will only let me activate one machine. When i go to do the next one it says i need to de-authorize the other machine first.

 

Hopefully someone can give me some help or let me know where I am going wrong,

 

I have googled this issue and unable to find much help.

I may be stating the obvious but it's possible you may have purchased a single license version instead of the multi-license version you really wanted? Have you verified what you've really bought with the supplier and/or software developer?
