Success Maker error.

Hi all,

 

Does anyone use Success Maker?

 

This is becoming the bane of my life at the moment. Has anyone seen the error " Error:JZ2006 caught IOException.java.net connectException: Connection refused" on Success Maker before? Any help would be really appreciated. Its not allowing anyone to log in and is coming up with this error. Its a horrible program!

What permissions do you have set on the Successmaker share directories? Is the required drive map in place?

I've had this same error. problem I had with it was the vm servers IP got taken by a client as the last technician at my school never set up a reservation for it. removed the conflict and that fixed it for us. It may be the same sort of thing.
