beeswax Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 The staff are using Dell Optiplex 7010s with Promethean ABV587 Pro projectors, and the resolution which works best is 1440 x 900. However, as the title says, this is being reset to 800 x 600 on log off or reset. As you can imagine, teachers aren't best pleased. Thank you in advance.
GaRobbie Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Hi beeswax, I would be surprised if the issue is related to the projector since the resolution settings are controlled by the computer. It might be worth trying the computer when connected to a monitor instead of the projector to see if the issue is still happening. In my experience this is most often related to the graphic card drivers and would recommend checking the driver to ensure its fully up to date.
