WD Passport with Encryption - RAW data

I've been asked to look at a member of staff's external hdd. It's a 500GB WD Passport P/N WDBACY5000ABK with encryption.

 

The encryption password still works and it says the drive is unlocked, a new drive mounts to a drive letter but is showing as RAW with 0 bytes capacity.

 

If it was an unencrypted disk, I'd attack with Easeus Data Recovery but.......

 

Any ideas???
