Exchange 2013 and Outlook 2010 Stopped working

Hi

i seem to be having a few problems with outlook 2010 and exchange 2013, they have been working happy together since september but since yesterday outlook keeps asking my users for a password and it gets in a loop,

 

they only why i have managed to stop this is to manually change the outlook setting so it dose not Use Cached Exchange Mode and change the Logon Network Security Setting to Anonymous Authentication

 

while i am happy this is works its not easy to do it to every user in the school, dose anyone know how to fix this problem or know another work around that will get me some more time

I have solved this problem now, it looks like when I have applied a update it has removed the permission from my receive connectors for the internal hub transport, once I reapplied the permissions it all started to work again
