IE 10 not letting me download files to network locations

Hi,

 

I've not long deployed IE10 here and have noticed that I now get the message "NameOfExecutable.exe couldn't be downloaded" when attempting to download exe or msi files to a network location.

 

I imagine that this is a security issue but wouldn't expect it to be the default setting on installation however, I haven't heard of others experiencing the same problem so far so maybe a GPO setting affecting this maybe.

 

IE9 was fine so a bit stumped as to why I'm experiencing this behaviour!
