OWA and Outlook 2007 Signature Compatiblities

Hi! I'm trying to roll out a uniformed signature for the company and while it works perfectly in Outlook itself using the method of copying and pasting the files of the signature, doing it through OWA gave me a bit of issue because the coding was way too long. I cleaned up the coding a bit and it fit within the character limit for OWA signature and all testing worked fine.... however when I check the signature on OWA, it looks exactly how I intended but when I check the same email in my Outlook, the formatting is off. I don't know how to solve this.... does anyone have any idea on how to make it work? Thanks!
