[ms office - 2013] PowerPoint 2013 Presenter View

Does anyone know how I can turn Presenter View off for all users as default in PowerPoint 2013?

 

We have laptops with clone displays on the built-in monitor and projector/IWB. When anyone starts a slideshow in Presenter View, it switches to Extended Desktop and doesn't revert to Clone Display afterwards; I have to change it manually and then adjust the resolution.

 

Once Presenter View is set to off, it stays off for that user on that particular computer. However, if another user logs on or if the same user logs on to a different computer, Presenter View is on as default.

 

Any suggestions for a registry fix, perhaps?

This has been irritating me for a while -- thanks to half term I finally got a chance to sit down and poke at it today.

 

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\PowerPoint\Options - 'UseMonMgr'(REG_DWORD) - 0 to disable

 

Have deployed it with policy, works perfectly.

Sorry to revive an old thread, any idea how to implement this in Office 2016? I've had a look and there is no HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\PowerPoint\
