Maverick failing to display properly on VGA connected Overhead Epson Projector.

Since installing OS Maverick our Art Teacher has had an odd display on her projector out put. Only the top bar - like File, Utilities etc displays the rest of the content is just a blue grey colour nothing?

Sounds like it's in extend mode rather than mirror mode...? If you have the Airplay icon in the status bar, click it, and choose 'Turn Display Mirroring On' (regardless of whether you're using Airplay to connect to the projector or not), or head to System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement and tick 'Mirror Displays' underneath the arrange window.
