[sims] [SOLUS3] - CR to Uninstall SIMS/FMS/Discover

Someone has created a really sensible CR on SupportNet under 1311-1231113.

 

The idea is that when you remove a device form the SIMS, FMS or Discover channel in SOLUS3, you should have the option to uninstall the software from the workstation as well. It's a good idea, but I wonder if it should uninstall the software automatically (what's the point of leaving it on there if SOLUS3 will no longer maintain it?). Posting to draw attention to it.

I thought it did it already when you removed the target from the agent or uninstalled the agent?

Nope, remove a device from the SIMS channel, FMS channel or Discover channel, or remove the agent all together and SIMS/FMS/Discover is left on the workstation.
