9/32. A few years ago, it would have been 35/32, but a realisation that life's too short and a change from the bullying blame culture I was in has worked wonders. And I don't need the SSRIs any more, which is nice.

6/32... You are generally coping well with the day-to-day pressure you are under.

19 for me, didn't even see it on the site and must have clicked it by mistake when looking at the news, now I thought that was fate so did the test...not so sure I should have done bu probably only goes to confirm what I thought and maybe why I've just had the last of a series of check at hospital done! Either that or it's like the quack said when he saw I was recently turning 50, "well...you're at that age!"

Eeek! Have an eduhobnob.

I think a big part of it stems from my 3 year olds upcoming operation (Cystic kidney removal on 16th December!) I'm sure i'd still be near 20 without that though, works doing no favors lately....i actually love my job, but some of the people i work with are another matter.

You scored 4 out of 32

I'm not sure I would have that score had I not swapped the rain of Scotland for my beach apartment here :)

my BP was at 120/80 last time i measured it here, down from something really unhealthy when I first arrived here (although I think not eating deep fried mars bars with chips possibly plays a part in that too)
