New RM CC4 Server - Does this image from disk managerment look right to you?

I'm unsure why the brand new CC4 Server seems to have almost a TB unallocated space and all the drives have been split into multiple parts. Not seen anything like this before and wondering if this is best practice or not?

Ours is like that too.

 

I think we have about 500gb unallocated.

 

It's split up because the drives were made one size then extra was added afterwards.
