Excel mental block.... Help me please!

I am trying to convert a column of numbers to national curriculum levels... So 4 = 4, 4.33 = 4a, 4.66 = 4b etc....

 

Can anyone help? Feeling a bit thick here at the moment!

This works, but you may need to adjust the IFs to match your data...
