As per title, I "hastily" moved the controller to a new server, forgot to backup the settings. Not an issue, I just force an adoption with the new inform URL.

However, only 1 of the 6 AP's picks up an IP in the scope, the others go to the default 192.168.1.20.

I have joined that subnet and reset using the tools and via putty but they continue to go to the default IP.

I have also done a hard reset with the same results.

Anything I'm missing?

Ah, I was about to suggest that you try a reset via putty from a laptop deliberately placed into the scope the AP had chosen for itself and then see what happens.

I've read somewhere that it is also sometimes possible to give previously adopted APs a reservation in the new scope and that that can sometimes force them into an adoptable state.
