Chromebooks, your thoughts

I am researching Chromebooks for use in our 6th form pupils (with the management add on from Google) For pupils going out into the world of work and college I can see it being a positive benefit that they start their careers with all their documents (CV's etc) and a knowledge of how the cloud based system works to make their transition as seamless as possible. Has anyone looked at them and found any pitfalls that i might be missing? Anyone using them and can feedback on their use in education?
